Rely on the Big Book & 12 & 12 book. This manual is too limited and confusing. Good for the anylitical mind, not the spiritual mind. Looks like someone wrote this for the $$. Not the alcoholic.
Good book. A little brief perhaps. I have written in my log much more extensively about my experience and thoughts. But the step 4 worksheets are excellent, highly organized. Recommended if any one finds itself lost about where to begin. Like it.

Awsome work book. Very useful, like any work book it must have a text book to accompany it that why there the AA big book.The two go hand in hand. You can't have one without the other. The steps are in the big book, the work book for example page 3 Step 2 tells you to go in the AA big book(pps. 26-27 of Aa's Big Book). The 4th step inventory pages are the best I have seen. I worked 4th step inventory before the ones I have worked in the past had check boxes that left me feeling as if something was left undone. I been working using 4th step in the work book wright in a note book not my work book. I wright the questions then answer in a note book.Keeping my work book like new.
Very useful for someone new to the recovery process.

This is an overpriced 40 page pamphlet, someone's opinions and 'insights' rather than AA literature. It basically cannot be returned because shipping will be $5.99, leaving you with a refund of only $3.00
I thought this book would be a little more detailed. I could've wrote it myself in 20 minutes. Very weak
