I absolutely love this book! I've tried three different bread recipes and they came out perfect! So good you wouldn't believe it! I'm not buying anymore store bought bread!!!
On the sourdough bread recipe it says use sourdough starter but doesn't explain what that is or how to mAke it. On another recipe it says to continue cooking? How ?Needs more Instructions for those who aren't familiar with bread machines or the recipes .
Thank you producing a concise number of recipes that will be main stays in our house!Each recipe requires a reasonable number of ingredients! I am elderly and just need good bread - not fancy bread!
Husband gave me a new bread machine for a gift. Good book of recipes and a fair variety. Would recommend.
